Ein neue Dorfmitte entsteht mit einem Neubau auf der offenen Seite des Zentrumsbereichs wird die städtebauliche Situation verbessert und ein Nutzerfreundlicher Dorfplatz geschaffen. Eine neue Gewerbezone, eine neue Fußgängerzone und Raum für verschiedene Gemeinschaftsaktivitäten. Ein Mehrwert für alle geschaffen.

In the centre of Oberwil, suburban Basel, the project replaces the existing car-parking and redesigns the complete central area.

 

A new building on the open side of the centre space creates a new entral square and a highly improved urban situation. A new commercial area, new pedestrian area and space for various community activity is the result and additional value is established.
